· | LED Bulb Aging Test Machine
Machine sturcture: The body structure of the machine is made of 40*40*1.5mm aluminium material. The protecting side of machine body is made of 23*80mm aluminium material. The two close plate is made of ￠1.2mm A3 cold plate. The machine legs adopt galvanized adjustable foot cup. |
· | Aging plates: The chain board is made of ￠1.2mm A3 cold plate with size of L800×W148mm. The aging line is equipped with 120 aging plates( Based on 10 meters long). Each chain plate has 12 pcs lamp holders. Under each chain board, there is a small highly-sensitive single type circuit breaker. The board is equipped with two coppery conductive slider , which makes sure the chain board is under power-up stage during circulation safely and steadily. The chain board is black-sprayed. |
· | Conveying chains: It is made of shanghai brand one-side fold-plate chain. The gap is 38.1 mm wide. |
· | Electric cabinet: A separate electric cabinet, with 10 inches PLC panel and 4 pcs voltage transformers. |
· | Motor: Motor 1.5 KW, linear speed 0-4 m / minute.Speed reducer 1: 60. |
