在昨天召开的“中国铁塔联盟”成立大会上，中国铁塔总经理佟吉禄表示，中国铁塔股份有限公司计划将于今年8月底前，完成对三家电信运营商存量基础设施资产的清查接收工作，届时公司资产规模将达3000亿元，并在未来择机上市。 佟吉禄表示，从今年1月1日起，铁塔公司将全面承接三家电信企业铁塔等通信设施的新建工作；预计在今年8月底前将完成三家电信企业存量基础设施资产的清查接收工作，届时铁塔公司资产规模将达到3000亿元左右；在此基础上，积极稳妥地探索混合所有制改革并择机上市。 据了解，中国铁塔公司目前在全国范围已累计启动4732个铁塔类项目，并竣工3094个；累计启动352个室分类项目（含6个地铁覆盖项目），已竣工295个。同时，进一步加大技术研发和标准化建设的力度，将现有常用的130多种塔形梳理收敛为47种标准塔形。研发投入将进一步节约铁塔建设和维护成本。 |
