 ：Can not delete the files in the vidieo
 ：The files is protected ,please delete the protection of file.There is word of protection on the SD in the vidicon, please put out SD and adjust the switch of protection and delete the protection.
：Video take off automatically
：No power please change the new battery.Auto setup of taking off the machine 1 or 2 minutes, after 1or 2 no operation vidicon will take off automatically
：Pictures with the flash light is dark
：The distance of the flash light, please keeping the flash light within 1.80 meter.
：Can not play the record in PC
：If there is no decode machine ,please install Ac Soft Media Converter switch tool or Windows Media
：Picture or record are dark
：When the light is not full please take photo in the place with the full light or open the lamp to add the light.when you are in dark please open the flash light.
：The picture is not clear
：Please adjust the focus if the focus is correct.Please keeping stable when you take photo. Don't shake your hands and keeping your hands and camera stable.
：Can not playback the pictures or record, also can not look for the files saved in EMS memory
：Please take off the machine and take out the memory card when the camera is put into the SD/MMC
：Can not take photo and record when press the shutter
：EMS memory or SD/MMC is full, please delete or transfer some files and leave some space.
：No work after putting in battery
：No power , please change new battery.Don’t put away the plastic package of battery.Please make sure the direction of battery. |
