 For tooling manufacture, the process is very mature and very systematized in workshop.

The major process as below:

1.3D & 2D drawing design review and optimization and finalization, release drawing to workshop;
2.Tooling BOM release to workshop;
3.Hot runner and mold base purchase, standard components purchase, buyer will follow up to ensure on time delivery to meet schedule;
4.CAM program design for each cavity & core & slider & lifter and components;
5.Manufacture expert will review each components manufacture method, confirm the final process flow to workshop planner;
6.Cut steel by each process (Milling,grinding,Rough CNC Milling, heat treatment, CNC Milling, Wire-cut, EDM, fitting, assembly, polish, tooling assembly check etc)
7.Key items that is tooling steel dimension check in each process, the finally steel dimension must within spec and match tooling 3d design, otherwise, toolmaker will reject the steel to manufacture each process to rework;
8.All process have ERP system monitor, all database are record in system for toolmaker and process engineer and technical to checking;
9.Tooling engineer will solve the problems during the manufacture phase, ensure the tooling quality and on time FOT, keep weekly 2times update status to customer;
