I. Manufacture and Installation of Pipeline Support and Suspension Frame
1. The materials and models of supports and hangers must be selected in accordance with the specifications.
2. Before installation of support and hanger, it is necessary to remove rust before painting; when installation of support and hanger, especially in the main room of central air-conditioning project, attention should be paid to the installation of support and hanger: pipes over DN200 should be used as supports instead of hangers to avoid affecting the structure of buildings; hangers should be installed as far as possible on beams, not on the top, so that the hangers bear shear force, not tension; no matter the support or hanger. The crossbars should not be too long to avoid large span and sagging, so that the soft acceptance force at the inlet and outlet of the main engine or pump will be deformed.
II. Inspection of Equipment and Accessories
Inspection of equipment and accessories is to ensure the reliability of central air conditioning system and avoid unnecessary problems during operation. After the equipment arrives, it is necessary to open the box in the presence of supervision, and keep the data with the box well; live equipment should be tested on a single machine; valves should be sampled for pressure test.
Pipeline Installation
The quality of the project depends on whether the pipeline installation is standard and reasonable. Pipeline installation in main engine room should follow the principle that the thick pipe should go down, the thin pipe should go up, the small pipe should let the big pipe, and the pressure pipe should let the non-pressure pipe. The valves above the main engine and the inlet and outlet of the pump should be made on a horizontal line as far as possible, and the valve handle should be in an easy-to-operate position. The automatic exhaust valve should be installed at the ** point of each pipeline to avoid gas storage in the pipeline and affect the water circulation. When there is a demand for cooling, anti-corrosive wooden brackets should be added between the pipeline and the support and hanger to avoid the occurrence of cold bridges and condensate water on the support and hanger. Many valves need bolt connection in pipeline installation. Flat-spring gaskets should be installed when bolts are installed to avoid pipeline vibration during operation, and nuts loosen and leak for a long time.
IV. Pipeline System Experiments
When doing pipeline system tightness test in central air conditioning project, we should not only observe the pressure gauge, but also carefully check whether the weld joint and thread joint are seepage or not, and touch the unclear place by hand. Because the pressure of the pressure gauge does not change obviously when there is a little seepage at the interface, but these small seepage can destroy the ceiling over time. It is also indispensable for the irrigation experiment of condensate pipeline. Although it is common knowledge that condensate pipes should not be reversed, mistakes are often made in many projects.
V. Antisepsis and Insulation
After the pipeline experiment is finished, anti-corrosion and heat insulation are started. Usually rubber and plastic materials are used for heat preservation. The insulation thickness should be selected according to the requirements of the drawings, and the same type of insulation pipe and pipeline should be paid attention to when insulation is carried out. If there is a gap between the insulating pipe and the pipeline, the condensation water will exist in the insulating pipe. If the time is long, it will cause the insulating pipe to open glue and leak water. When the pipeline is installed, try to put the appropriate complete insulating pipe sleeve on first and leave out the joint. This will not only accelerate the construction speed, save the insulating glue and tape, but also reduce the insulating pipe interface and leakage point.
System flushing and debugging
When you clean the pipeline, you must shut the valve of the central and air-conditioning main engine's inlet and outlet, open the bypass, fill the water and carry out the overall circulation, and discharge after 10 minutes; repeat it several times until the discharged water is not muddy and no foam; then open the filter and clean up the filter screen. When debugging the system, the full-time debugger should check whether the circuit is correct and the valve is opened correctly. Then, the filling pump should be opened first. After filling the system with water, the submersible pump and the circulating pump of the system should be opened,** the main engine should be opened for debugging.
